A Zodiac Experience — Short Film Screening by Caxxianne | 27 Jun 2026
A Zodiac Experience explored the rebirth and self-discovery of Earth Mother, intertwining Caribbean culture, Namibian landscapes, the elements and astrological mappings.
About
Alternative hip-hop met modern contemporary film in A Zodiac Experience, a short film by Caxxianne in which the artist embodied Earth Mother on a journey of self-discovery through the elements.
What did it look like when Earth Mother had to be reborn? In a world that had disregarded her, she washed ashore on the motherland anew, learning herself, her children and her world all over again, reborn.
AZÉ combined the vision of a Caribbean femme artist with the surrealism of the Namibian landscapes, intertwining cultures through the elements and astrological mappings.
