Proposition Studios is delighted to partner with Food of War to present Bottles Under Fire: Wines That Are Shaping History, a unique wine festival bringing together contemporary art, live music, gastronomy and storytelling in the heart of East London.
Discover over 100 wines from independent merchants, importers and producers, with 20 wine tastings included in your ticket. From forgotten grape varieties and ancient winemaking traditions to women transforming the wine industry, climate change and cultural identity, the festival explores the remarkable stories behind the wines we drink and the people, places and histories that shape them.
Alongside wine tastings, visitors can enjoy contemporary art and creative installations, live music and food from Unlock Restaurant. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply curious to experience something different, Bottles Under Fire offers a distinctive cultural experience celebrating the connections between wine, art, food and the world around us.
About Food of War
Food of War is a charitable arts platform exploring the connections between food, conflict, memory, identity and culture through creative projects, storytelling and artistic collaboration. Bottles Under Fire continues this work by bringing people together through wine, art and shared experiences, with additional tasting proceeds supporting Food of War Platform’s 2027 charitable arts programme exploring mental health and food.
